  Choose you web category until you see that "Suggest URL" click it. Refer the picture above.
  
• Then, you will head to a form to submit URL. Fill the form correctly. Make sure you use your search keyword in any paragraph.
  
  
• Submit and finish. An editor will review your submission for inclusion in the directory. Make sure you use valid email address.

For Other site, you need to sign up and submit your directory. Just give some effort for you website.
For Technorati Listings, click "Write for technorati" and apply.
